Excel has initiated the remediation of a leaking underground storage tank in Salem County, New Jersey. The project scope includes UST removal, soil and groundwater delineation, relocation of the residential structure, and the excavation and disposal of approximately 1,000 tons of petroleum impacted soil. The project has totaled approximately $300,000 to date for impacted soil and groundwater remedial action and, with Excel’s assistance in obtaining state grant funds, no out of pocket costs to the homeowner.
