We have obtained hundreds of grants for our public sector clients, including grants to conduct PA, SI, RI and RA and have prepared applications and successfully obtained Brownfield Development Area (BDA) designations in several municipalities, including Salem City, Carteret, Keyport Borough, Woodbridge, Kearny and Plainfield.
Government Relations:

Federal & State Grant Writing:
We have also successfully obtained grants for municipal clients under the NJRA Brownfield Initiative, the Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program, and various programs within the NJDCA and have successfully assisted our public sector clients with the environmental components of the Green Acres grant program.
We have hands-on experience with preparation of grant applications under the USEPA Brownfield Pilot Program and have worked with redevelopment authorities to develop effective Brownfield Inventories; implement effective strategies for ranking and investigation of candidate properties; and transition to the PA/SI to RI and remedial action design for redevelopment.
